He'll request that you defeat three groups of delinquents. There are two delinquents per group.

These groups appear randomly in these areas. They can be identified by their red name tags. Speak with them and you'll engage in dialogue that leads to combat. Defeat three groups and report back to the Akiba Crime Prevention Committee Member to complete this mission.

From the fast travel spot, head right. There will be an alley on the right shortly before GAMERS Main Store.
Electric Town Plaza
From the fast travel spot, head straight towards the stairs leading to UD+.

From the fast travel spot, head straight until you reach the parking spaces on your left.
UD+
From the fast travel spot, just look behind you towards the left.

Travel to Side Streets and speak with Figure King. He can be found outside Tsukumo Computer Shop. From the fast travel spot, head straight and take a left at the first street. You'll find Figure King standing near the wall on the left.
After speaking to Figure King, return to MOGRA and speak with Pops.
Pops will tell you to ask around at Junk Street. Fast travel to Junk Street, take the first left down the alley, turn right at the next street, and speak with Free Spirit on the left side of the street by the parking garage.
Free Spirit will tell you the cosplay tailor can be found at UD+. Fast travel there and interact with the mob surrounding the tailor, who will engage you in combat. There's eight thugs to defeat but they aren't very difficult.
Speak with God of Cosplay after defeating the eight thugs. He can be found in the corner near the area where you fought.
God of Cosplay will give you "Life-Sized Striprism Costume". Bring it to Figure King back at Junk Street to complete the mission. Figure King can be found at the same place you spoke with him before.

Speak with Toshiya in Electric Town Plaza. He can be found by heading towards the plaza elevator area left of the fast travel spot.
Toshiya will request your help picking out an outfit. Head to Main Street SE and speak with Toshiya who can be found standing outside Suit Store.
Speaking with Toshiya will cause him to change into a new outfit. He'll ask for your opinion. If you tell him he looks good, you'll proceed to the next part of this quest. If you tell him to change, he'll try on a new outfit. You can have him change into many different outfits, including a bear costume. The outfit he wears doesn't matter, so whenever you're ready, tell him he looks good. You'll then travel to UD+ to help him confess his love to the girl he likes.
Fast travel to UD+ and you'll find Toshiya just straight back and around the corner to the left.
Approaching Toshiya will cause him to start talking to the girl he likes.

Nana wants you to take a picture of five maids. You will be taking a picture of one maid in each of five areas. The specific maids you'll be photographing have a red name bar.
The areas you'll need to visit are:
To complete this mission, search each area for a maid with a red name bar. When you see one, pull out your camera and take a picture of her. Make sure she's positioned inside the circular reticle for the picture to count. An on-screen message will appear indicating you took the picture of the maid in this area, if done correctly.
Save Junk Street for last because when you've taken a picture of the last maid, you'll be confronted by Maid Maniac who will end up fighting you. If the police have spawned near you when you're fighting Maid Maniac, you may get arrested. The police don't spawn in Junk Street.
After disrobing Maid Maniac, return to Sister's Room and speak to Nana. After she reviews your pictures, the mission is complete.

Speak with Manager at Main Street NW. He'll be right next to the fast travel spot. He wants you to defend his store.
After speaking with him, visit Main Street NE. From the fast travel spot, the store is directly ahead of you. Approach the store, a scene will start, and 10 people will begin fighting each other.
Defeat them, return to Main Street NW, and speak with Manager again to complete the mission.

Go to Junk Street and speak with Former Agent. He can be found in a small alley on the left just past DOSPARA Akihabara Main Store, which itself can be found on the left, straight ahead from the fast travel spot.
Former Agent will task you with defeating two synthisters. To find the sythisters, open your camera and take pictures of people in the area. If they're a synthister, their picture will look glitchy.
If you take a picture of a synthister you're close to, they'll confront you (if you're too far away, approach them and speak with them). Pick a dialogue option that calls them out and you'll fight them. After you've defeated two synthisters, return to Former Agent to complete the mission. This mission can be repeated as many times as you want.

Travel to Side Streets and confront Secret Photographer. To find him, head straight from the fast travel spot and Secret Photographer can be found on the left by the alley, just past KOTOBUKIYA.
At the dialogue prompt, ask him if he's taking upskirt pictures. After that, fight him and defeat him to complete the mission.

Speak with him and tell him to stop. He'll challenge you to a fight. Defeat him to complete the mission.

He'll request you take pictures of Striprism ads.

Center the camera reticle on the ad and take the picture. If you did it correctly, an on-screen message will display indicating you took the picture.

After you've taken pictures of both ads, return to Freeman at Side Streets. After he reviews the pictures, the mission is complete.

After speaking with Nana, head to Main Street SE and visit the maid outside Granvania. Unequip your weapon before you speak to her (for reasons that will be explained below).
You'll have to pay 1,200 yen for the cake and, after doing so, you'll be confronted by someone who wanted the cake.
He'll draw you into combat but don't fight him. Fighting (or getting hit) will jostle the cake and ruin it. Run away from the fight (press the "put away your weapon" button to disengage from combat) and return to Nana. If you get back to Nana without fighting or getting hit, she'll thank you and request a cake from the next location.
This mission can be annoying. The animation for putting your weapon away can take a lot of time, increasing the likelihood you'll get hit by the enemies. Having no weapon equipped makes the animation for disengaging from combat shorter, which is why you should unequip your weapon before speaking to the maid.
If you get hit, you must return to Nana and deliver the damaged cake, at which point she'll tell you to buy another cake and try again (at a cost of 1,200 yen). Every time you fail, you have to return to Nana before you can buy another cake from the maid.
The recommended way to get the first cake back safely is to run immediately towards the nearby area exit to Electric Town Plaza, disengage yourself from combat, and exit the area before the enemy can hit you. From Electric Town Plaza, you can pull up the map and fast travel back to Sister's Room safely.
The second maid cafe to buy a cake from is maidreamin at Radio Kaikan Area. Once again, unequip your weapon before speaking to the maid.
You'll be attacked again after buying the cake, this time by two people. Disengage from combat and return to Nana without getting hit. Just like before, you'll have to repeat this if you do get hit.
The easiest way to do this one is to run towards the nearby exit to Akimori Shrine, disengage from combat, leave the area to Akimori Shrine. A quick scene will play and the game will put you back in Radio Kaikan Area, but now no one is hostile to you and you can pull up your map to fast travel back to Sister's Room.
The last maid cafe to buy a cake from is PINAFORE at Junk Street. Just like before, make sure your weapon is unequipped before speaking to her.
Once again, you'll be attacked after buying the cake, this time by three people.
Disengage from combat and escape back to Nana without getting hit.
This can be a tricky fight to escape from due to how close they start to you. You may find it easier positioning yourself facing the street before you speak to the maid. This will allow you to see the position of the enemies when they try to engage you in combat. Run towards the exit to Battle Arena, disengage from combat, and enter Battle Arena. From here, you can pull your map up and fast travel back to Sister's Room.
After successfully getting the cake back to Nana without being jostled, the mission is complete.

Travel to Electric Town Plaza and speak with Flustered Girl. She can be found to the left of the fast travel spot, around the corner.
After speaking with her, travel to Radio Kaikan Area. The crowd you need to disperse can be found to the right of the fast travel spot.
Speak with Flustered Girl and a scene will start. When the scene finishes, the 12 Fanboys will start fighting each other and the Flustered Girl. Join the fight and defeat the 12 Fanboys to complete the mission.

When you speak with her, pick the dialogue choices that antagonize her. This will cause her to attack you. Defeat her to complete the mission.

Travel to Electric Town Plaza. From the fast travel spot, head straight towards the stairs that lead to UD+. Yuriette will be standing on the right side of the stairs.
Yuriette will instruct you to visit UD+ to rescue Lolio. Travel to UD+ and you'll see two groups of eight people about to fight.
Approach the Capurettos and Montokyus and the fight will begin. Defeat all 12 to continue (the game says there's eight people on each side of the fight, but there's actually only six). You'll be prompted to fight two more bodyguards after defeating the first mob.
Defeating the last two bodyguards completes the mission.

After you speak with her, she'll attack you. Defeat her to complete the mission.

Three women blocking the sidewalk can be found down the street from the fast travel spot. You can either defeat them or persuade them to leave by choosing the dialogue option that tells them about a bargain sale nearby.
Main Street NW
Two drunk men can be found just to the right of the fast travel spot. You can either challenge them to a fight or you can persuade them to leave by choosing the dialogue option that calls them a cab.
Main Street SE
Three smokers can be found down the street from the fast travel spot. You can either defeat them or persuade them to leave by choosing the dialogue option that tells them about the local smoking areas.
Main Street SW
Four guys blocking traffic can be found far down the street from the fast travel spot. You can either defeat them or persuade them to leave by picking the set of dialogue options where you either:
After clearing out the four groups of people, return to MOGRA and speak to Pops to complete the mission.

Travel to Junk Street and speak with Magi. She can be found on the corner outside DENSETSU NO SUTADON. From the fast travel spot, take the first left and then turn right at the dead end. Magi will be on the right side on the corner of the next block.
Magi will explain she wants a Cursed Power Supply. Head back to MOGRA and speak to Yuto for more information.
Yuto will make a phone call and tell you to speak with a homeless man at Main Street NE. Fast travel to Main Street NE and you'll see Free Spirit just ahead and to the left.
Speak with Free Spirit and he'll make you play rock-paper-scissors until you beat him three times in a row before he'll help you. There is no consequence for losing, so just keep playing until you win three times in a row. Free Spirit will provide you with a password you need to give to a man at Side Streets. The password is "Mr. Tiddles".
Travel to Side Streets and speak with Former Agent. From the fast travel spot, take the first right down the narrow alley and you'll find Former Agent in the back behind Solicitor.
When you speak with Former Agent, the password is "Mr. Tiddles". If you give him the right password, he'll give you "Cursed Power Supply". After receiving it, head back to Junk Street and speak with Magi to complete the mission.

Travel to Electric Town Plaza and speak with Businessman. He can be found just to the left around the corner from the fast travel spot.
Businessman will request you defeat the Artliens in Radio Kaikan Area. Travel there and you'll find an Artlien outside Art Stop, to the right of the fast travel spot.
When you speak to Artlien, she'll summon two more to surround you and begin spamming you with dialogue. Be careful not to button mash through it too quickly because you will repeatedly be given dialogue prompts to buy what they're selling. Keep refusing their offer and they'll fight you. Defeat them and report back to Businessman in Electric Town Plaza to complete the mission.

Nana wants you to purchase USB Flash Memory from sofmap Hon-Kan at Main Street NE. Travel there and speak to Shop Employee just outside the store. The store is located at the fast travel spot.
USB Flash Memory will cost you 500 yen. After you purchase it, return to Sister's Room and speak to Nana. She'll request Empty Oden Can from a vending machine at Side Streets. This part can be a little tricky, as the vending machine is unmarked.
To find the vending machine, travel to Side Streets. From the fast travel spot, head straight and keep an eye out for the blue vending machine labeled BOOS, which will be on a corner on the right side of the street.
Interact with the vending machine to buy the can of oden. It will cost you 200 yen. After you buy the can, return to Sister's Room and speak with Nana. She'll take Empty Oden Can and then ask you to get a Vacuum Tube from Radio Kaikan Area. This is another tricky one to find because the mission description doesn't explain what to do very well.
To find where the Vacuum Tube is sold, travel to Radio Kaikan Area and head right from the fast travel spot. Before GAMERS Main Store is an alley on the right and in the back corner is Shop Employee.
Speak with Shop Employee to buy the Vacuum Tube for 1,000 yen. After you've bought it, return to Sister's Room and speak to Nana. She'll ask for one more thing: hair from the manager of Battle Arena.
Travel to Battle Arena and speak to Antoinette.
Antoinette will challenge you to a fight. Defeat her and you'll receive Lock of Hair. Travel back to Sister's Room and deliver it to Nana to complete the mission. For your reward, you'll receive 10,000 yen and Sister's Good Luck Charm, which is a walking animation you can equip.

Former Agent will task you with defeating four synthisters. Once again, pull your camera out to identify synthisters (their photo looks glitchy when you take pictures of them). After you've defeated four of them, return to Former Agent to complete the mission. This mission can be repeated as many times as you want.
