General Info

For this dungeon, you'll generally be looking to travel down floors rather than up them (although a few times you will travel up). There are many pitfalls as well. Instead of taking you to a hidden floor though, pitfalls drop you down one or two floors of the dungeon.

This dungeon can be tricky to navigate, make sure to pay attention to which paths you've taken to avoid going in circles.

As with the other dungeons, this one has a shortcut that can be unlocked, but this shortcut still requires a lot of walking to reach and won't be quite as helpful as the previous ones.

Party Advice

As always, you should have a party capable of dealing targeted, single unit damage with every element. However, a lot of random encounter enemies in this dungeon are weak to Water and many are weak to Air. Bringing a monster girl or two with the ability to deal damage to all enemies with either Water or Air will be very helpful.

1F Notes

  • The western section of 1F is accessible from a staircase in Basement 1F.
  • Unlocking the gate at X:02 Y:02 will create a shortcut to several other floors. However, the gates on the other floors will also need to be unlocked to use this shortcut.
  • The gate at X:17 Y:17 will not be unlocked until later in the game.

  • The pitfall at X:18 Y:16 takes you to Basement 3F.
  • Unlocking the gate at X:02 Y:08 provides access to the shortcut stairs.

  • This is the best floor for farming Area 5 costumes from Harvest Points. Using the save point on this floor will allow you to repeatedly reload the dungeon and farm the Harvest Points at X:16 Y:14 and X:18 Y:15. Make sure to save after finding each new costume.

  • Neferia is the boss of this dungeon. Defeating her will open up access to the next dungeon. However, after defeating her, you may continue exploring this dungeon, as there are still additional monster girls to recruit.
  • The Secret Area at X:04 Y:19 is Strange Vagrant's Shop. In addition to selling various rare items, these vendors also sell Building Materials for the monster girls found in this dungeon. Visiting the Secret Area provides Adorable Banquet (costume for Neferia).
  • The northeastern section of this floor is accessible from a staircase in Basement 5F. This staircase is accessible only from the pitfall at X:14 Y:12.
  • The pitfall at X:19 Y:19 is the only way to reach the section of Basement 5F containing the shortcut back to 1F.

Tengu (DLC)

If you have the DLC, you can add six monster girls to the game from the title screen. Each monster girl becomes available to fight and recruit after completion of Chapters 1-6. After completing each chapter, return to the Training Center and select the DLC Monster Girls menu option.

Tengu is available after Chapter 5.

Mountain Girl's Building Materials can be purchased from the shop in town.

Her costumes can be found in her Deep Reaches.
