What We Do

We provide detailed strategy guides for fanservice-heavy games. These games may fall into any number of genres, including RPG, action-adventure, horror, etc. As long as it's got prominent fanservice, it's a candidate to be covered here.

Updates will be slow, but always high quality.

Other sites may have more strategy guides, but none can compete with the quality of ours. We write all the guides here ourselves to ensure they meet our stringent criteria for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Why We're Doing This

The intent of this website is to host free strategy guides for fanservice-heavy games and make sure the information remains publicly searchable on the internet. We hate the current trend of people moving strategy guides and other helpful information on to private Discord servers.

Here at ecchiGamer, we want to be gateways to information, not gatekeepers.

Advertising

We're tired of browsing popular sites for strategy guides and being bombarded with pop-ups, overlays, and video ads. Advertising has become a menace on bigger websites, especially for mobile users.

At ecchiGamer, advertising is currently non-existent by design. This site was built to house strategy guides, not ads.

If we ever choose to include advertising on this site, it will be:

Non-intrusive
- No pop-ups, no annoying overlays you have to close, and no video ads
Limited in quantity
- We don't care if putting 50 ads on a page makes more money, we're not sacrificing the user experience for that
Something we think you might actually want
- We're of the mindset that advertising products to our audience should be taken seriously and we insist on being thoughtful with what we link to

We want everything on this website to be useful, including advertising (should we ever choose to include it).

Attributions

It's impossible to properly attribute every person who found a strategy, trick, or glitch used for a specific game, but a good faith effort will be made to attribute someone else's work.

Acknowledgements will be listed at the beginning of any guide where someone else's information was specifically referenced for content on ecchiGamer.

Reproducing Our Work

The strategy guides on ecchiGamer are free to reproduce elsewhere, as long as the reproduced information remains free for everyone to access (i.e. don't paywall or sell what you've reproduced) and properly attributes the work to us.

If you post information from our guides, please attribute the work to ecchiGamer and link back to the original ecchiGamer guide.
