None of the dialogue from this point forward increases Kati's affection. Pick any choices you want.

If you got Kati's affection to 100, you'll get her true ending. Kati leaves but returns to Nanashi and Akihabara.

If you did not get Kati's affection to 100, you'll get her normal ending. Kati leaves.
