The Model Agency is where cam models are recruited.
There are 18 cam models available to hire:

The Cam Studio is where money is earned. Money is used to buy upgrades and pay cam model wages.
Cam models earn money based on the number of fans they currently have multiplied by the bonuses provided by their current Talent level and any Web Servers upgrades.
It's important to note that what a model earns from cam shows is determined by the fans and Talent level she had when she began the task. Any fans added to her total after while she's doing a show do not count towards what she can earn until she begins the next show. The same applies for collecting Talent points. If a cam model is sent to the Strip Club to increase her Talent level, all the Talent points must be collected prior to assigning that model to the Cam Studio.
The length of time each visit to the Cam Studio takes is as follows:
The length of time for cam shows applies to your entire party. Sending a newly hired model to the Cam Studio does not reset the duration.
The length of time a cam show takes also determines how much Stress a model will accumulate from doing the show, with shorter shows costing less Stress than longer shows.
You'll want your models to have as many fans as possible before doing cam shows, especially early game. Having more fans early on makes trips to the Cam Studio more efficient, both from a time and Stress standpoint.
The Photo Studio is where fans can be earned. Fans determine the amount of money a cam model earns doing cam shows or visiting the motel.
Cam models earn fans based on their current Style level, any fetish accessory bonuses, and any Hardware upgrades.
The amount of fans a model earns from photo shoots is determined by the Style level she had when she began the task. If a cam model is sent to The Boutique to increase her Style level, all the Style points must be collected prior to assigning that model to the Photo Studio.

The length of time for photo shoots applies to your entire party. Sending a newly hired model to the Photo Studio does not reset the duration.
The length of time a photo shoot takes also determines how much Stress a model will accumulate from doing the shoot, with shorter shoots costing less Stress than longer shoots.
You'll want your models to have higher Style levels before photo shoots, especially early game. Having a higher Style level early on makes trips to the Photo Studio more efficient, both from a time and Stress standpoint.
Cam models can also earn money here, however, at a risk.
The money earned from the Sleazy Motel is the same as what is earned at the Cam Studio, except it's much faster to do a job at the Sleazy Motel. However, every visit to the Sleazy Motel has a 40% chance to give the model an STD.
The only exception is the first visit from the first model, which will never give an STD. Additionally, the second visit will never give a model an uncurable disease (Herpes or AIDS).
Herpes and AIDS are 50% less likely than the other STDs.
These rules apply to the entire party. You only get one risk free visit to the Sleazy Motel per game.

All visits to the Sleazy Motel take 1 hour.
Accessories can be picked up at the Adult Shop.
Accessories are equipped by cam models and perform many functions, including adding new fetishes, curing STDs, or mitigating addictions.
Each visit to the Adult Shop provides the option of picking one of six unique random items.
A maximum of six copies of each fetish item can be collected. After six of a particular fetish item has been acquired, it will no longer appear in the Adult Shop. However, there is no maximum quantity with the other items.
The following accessories are available at the Adult Shop:

 Weed | Activities will be half as stressful as normal. Item lasts 3 days. |
 Nicotine Patch | Completely suppresses the urge to smoke. |
 Wine Box | Completely suppresses the urge to drink. |
 Condom | Protection from catching an STD at the Sleazy Motel. Item is lost after one use. |
 Shopping Basket | Doubles the amount of cigarettes and drinks bought from the stores. |
 Fashion Magazine | Time cost for leveling up at The Boutique is halved. |
 Stripper Heels | Time cost for leveling up at Strip Club is halved. |
 Piggy Bank | Model salary is halved. |
 Subscribe Pillow | Instantly earn 50% of the followers that would be earned from a photo shoot after performing a cam show. |
Cam models can equip a maximum of three accessories, no duplicates. The number they can equip is determined by the current level of the Inventory investment.
Accessories can be removed by dragging the accessory off the cam model and dropping it in the area labeled Discard. Doing so will destroy the accessory.
The player may store up to 10 accessories in their storage inventory. Items in storage may be discarded by dragging them to the area labeled Discard.
The length of time each visit to the Adult Shop takes is as follows:
Cam models raise their Style level at The Boutique. Raising Style level increases the amount of fans a model receives from the Photo Studio and the Subscribe Pillow.
Cam models raise their Talent level at the Strip Club. Raising Talent level increases the amount of money a cam model earns per fan when visiting the Cam Studio or Sleazy Motel.
Every time a model visits either The Boutique or Strip Club, her hourly wage doubles. It's important to make sure upgrading a model is going to be more beneficial than harmful, especially in Rock Hard Mode where wages are higher and jobs take longer to complete.
A model's Style / Talent level will not increase until all the Style / Talent points have been collected after the job is complete at The Boutique or Strip Club. Make sure to collect all the points before assigning that model to another job.
The length of time each visit to The Boutique or Strip Club takes is as follows:
Some models are addicted to either drinking and / or smoking. The rate at which they need a drink or cigarette depends on their level of addiction.
Visiting the Liquor Store replenishes 10 drinks. Visiting the Corner Store replenishes 10 cigarettes. These values are doubled if the model who goes has a Shopping Basket accessory equipped.
There are varying levels of addiction:

If you don't have a drink or cigarette available when a model needs one, she will immediately gain 10% Stress.
Addiction to alcohol or cigarettes can be completely mitigated by equipping the model with the Wine Box or Nicotine Patch.
Each visit to the Liquor Store or Corner Store takes 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The Day Spa is where models go when they need to release Stress. Every visit to the Day Spa causes a model's stress to reset back to 0%.
The length of time spent at the Day Spa depends on how stressed a cam model is. A model at 100% Stress requires more time at the Day Spa than a model with 20% Stress.
The Day Spa is the only building model's aren't paid to visit. You will not incur increased payroll costs from time spent at the Day Spa.
