After rescuing every monster girl from the sealed areas, you'll get one more scene after returning to the Inn. After that you'll see the ending and have the opportunity to create another clear save file.

Loading the clear saved file unlocks free Double Scratch. You'll also see a new menu option in town called Under the Holy Tree. This option allows you to view each monster girls' confession of love to Zenox. After viewing each confession of love, you'll once again be allowed to create another clear save file and you'll return to the title screen.

If you reload your clear save file and return to the Inn, you'll be given one last Talk option in each monster girls' room who has confessed their love.
