Going to the ?????? area takes you to Judge, the final boss. You'll be prompted to confirm you've done everything you wanted before proceeding.
Make sure to visit the shop and stock up on plenty of healing items, for both HP and SP, as well as resurrect items before proceeding.
Bring a strong party, including a dedicated healer with Complete Heal and Complete Resurrection. Party Heal and Recover are also useful.
The final battle is against Judge, who has two forms. As expected, the first form is the easier of the two.
Judge has no clothes to target and isn't weak to any element. Just unleash your strongest moves on her and be mindful of your health. Judge has powerful abilities that target your entire party and can inflict Poison and damage-over-time.

This is a difficult battle. Judge - True Form has no weaknesses and neither do the enemies that accompany her. She also cannot be damaged at all until her clothes are completely destroyed. She'll frequently cast a spell called Deadly Blind that does huge damage to your party and also inflicts Blind.
Focus on destroying the enemies that accompany her first. Make sure to keep your health full to avoid having your party wiped out in one cast of Deadly Blind. After destroying the accompanying enemies, focus on her clothes but be prepared for a long fight. Each piece of clothing takes a lot of damage to destroy and you'll frequently spend time recovering from her Deadly Blind attack.
After destroying her clothes, you'll then be able to damage Judge - True Form. Unleash your most powerful abilities and keep an eye on both your HP and SP. Make sure not to get caught without enough SP to cast Complete Heal or Complete Resurrection. She'll eventually regain a piece of destroyed clothing, forcing you to target the clothing before you can damage her again. After destroying the clothing again, finish her off.

After defeating Judge - True Form, you'll get the credits and an opportunity to create a cleared game save. Loading your cleared game file will allow you to continue playing additional content.
