There are seven items on the ground:

Pick up all seven items.

Reading the Guiding Tome is optional. If you want to read it, then do so now.

Put all five Plain Ol' Waters in the Transform Purse. This creates five Lotions.

Throw the Transform Purse against one of the walls in the entrance room. This will break it.

Pick up all five Lotions.

Stand on the square where the Transform Purse originally was.

Move up three squares.

Face up-left.

Use a Lotion. This will slide you diagonally into the wall.

Face up-right.

Use a Lotion. You'll slide further into the room.

Face up-left.

Use a Lotion. You'll slide even further into the room and end up near the exit.

Move up-right one square.

Face right.

Use a Lotion. You'll end up on the exit square.

Investigate the ground to exit the dungeon.
