There are four items on the ground near the start:
Pick up all four items.
Equip the Glacial Panties and Glacial Bra. The set bonus allows the items you throw to pass through walls.
Move to the square where the Glacial Panties were. This will place you one square below a sleeping Sludge Gob with a thin wall between the two of you.
Throw the Trap Finder at the sleeping Sludge Gob one square up. This will wake it up and cause it to move one square right.
Throw the Wand of Exchange at the sleeping Sudge Gob that you now have an unimpeded shot at two squares up to switch places with it.
Move one square to the right to pick up another Wand of Exchange(1).
Move one square to the left.
Throw the Wand of Exchange diagonally up-right to switch places with the sleeping Sludge Gob by the exit.
Move three squares to the left and pick up Bounding Wand(1) and Wand of Exchange(1). The sleeping Sludge Gob to the left will wake up.
Move three squares to the right.
Swing the Bounding Wand down.
Throw Wand of Exchange diagonally down-right to switch places with the sleeping Sludge Gob by the next wand.
Move one square to the right and grab the Wand of Exchange(1).
Throw the Wand of Exchange diagonally down-right to switch places with the sleeping Sludge Gob by the next wand.
Move one square to the left and grab the Wand of Exchange(1).
Move one square to the right.
Throw the Wand of Exchange up to switch places with the sleeping Sludge Gob.
Move one square to the right and grab the Wand of Exchange(1).
Move two squares to the left and grab the other Wand of Exchange(1).
Press the attack button until the wandering Sludge Gob by the exit is aligned with you, then throw a Wand of Exchange at it.
Move one square down and exit the dungeon.
