There are six items on the ground:

Pick up all items.

Move to the square where the Burnerock was. This will place you five squares below the left Boomeruptor.

Swing the HP-Halving Wand at the left Boomeruptor.

Move one square to the right.

Swing the HP-Swapping Wand at the middle Boomeruptor.

Swing the HP-Halving Wand up at the middle Boomeruptor.

Throw the Burnerock at the middle Boomeruptor.

Pay attention to where the left Boomeruptor moves (it's the one with lower HP). Align yourself with it and shoot it with a Shadow Arrow.

Get aligned within three squares of the remaining Boomeruptor.

Throw the Wand of Exchange at the Boomeruptor.

After switching places with it, move up to the exit and leave the dungeon.
