Clear Condition: Clear Floor B8

As the dungeons become entirely procedurally-generated (aside from boss floors), there's not going to be much to discuss for some of these dungeons.
Floor B8 is the boss fight:
The boss of this dungeon is Magenta Moth.
There are 2x Potions and a Detoxifier on the ground. The Detoxifier is the item on the right.
Mio will appear and help out for this fight (but only the first time through the dungeon).
Magenta Moth summons eggs that eventually hatch and turn into Mothy Moths.
Magenta Moth can perform a wind attack that scatters your party throughout the room and causes everyone to hallucinate. It doesn't do any damage but the hallucinations will make it trickier to figure out where the boss is. The boss fight isn't too difficult, but it can be a little annoying.
You can use Hinata's Botanical Blaze skill to easily clear the eggs and damage Magenta Moth. If you don't have that skill available (or aren't playing as Hinata), try using Omega Slash Tomes.
Back at the Academy, you'll restore the fourth piece of the garden.
You'll also be allowed to use the Assimilator from now on. This allows you to change the effects applied to the slots of your equipment. Using the Assimilator costs the flowers and fruit you earn from harvesting your garden.
Speak with both Mio and Nanami at the Academy and they'll become playable characters.
Make sure to speak to everyone with exclamation marks over their heads and complete the tutorial quests Yuyu gives you.
The shop at the Academy will also begin selling new items. In addition to Skill Blooms for the girls who've recently joined your party, you'll also have the option of purchasing Creme Pie upgrades (these allow you to upgrade your gear to higher Luster levels).
Plant flowers in the newly restored part of the Academy garden, upgrade your gear, and prepare for a longer and tougher dungeon.
You'll want to start taking more food with you to dungeons from now on.
