NOTE: The way you handle this mission determines if you get Nana's ending when you beat the game.
After speaking with Nana, travel to Yodobashi Area and head to YODOBASHI AKIBA. When Nana reaches the shop, a cut scene will start with the two girls who stopped by MOGRA earlier looking for her.
If you want Nana's ending, then just select the first choice at every dialogue prompt. You'll complete the mission and when you beat the game, you'll get an extra scene with Nana.
However, if you don't want Nana's ending then you have several options, two of which lead to fighting your sister and stripping her:
At the second dialogue prompt, if you choose "Are you being bullied?" then you and Nana will fight Sayuki and Yumi. You'll complete the mission but you won't get Nana's ending.
At the third dialogue prompt, if you choose "Nana's in the wrong on this one." then you, Sayuki, and Yumi will fight Nana. You'll complete the mission but you won't get Nana's ending, however, you'll get an opportunity to strip Nana.
At the fourth dialogue prompt, if you choose "If you guys wanna fight, then I'll take you on!" then you'll fight Nana, Sayuki, and Yumi. You'll complete the mission but you won't get Nana's ending, however, you'll get an opportunity to strip Nana.

Travel to Main Street SE and speak with Akiba Crime Prevention Committee Member. He can be found standing next to a street sign near Granvania. He's in the same spot he was for the other Silent Mode side missions. This is the same as the others, the only difference is this time you'll fight delinquents in groups of four.
He'll request that you defeat three groups of delinquents. There are four delinquents per group.
These groups can be found in the following areas:
These groups appear randomly in these areas. They can be identified by their red name tags. Speak with them and you'll engage in dialogue that leads to combat. Defeat three groups and report back to the Akiba Crime Prevention Committee Member to complete this mission.

Travel to Electric Town Plaza and speak to Office Lady. She can be found to the right of the fast travel spot in the corner.
She'll request you bring her a Light Blue Maid Blouse, Light Blue Maid Skirt, and Maid's Headdress.
NOTE: If you have upgraded versions of these items in your inventory, you may want to equip them before speaking to Office Lady again so you don't accidentally hand them over.
The only way to get the light blue variant of the maid outfit is by stripping it off someone.
If you're on Tohko's route, the fight at Main Mission 23 has an enemy wearing a light blue maid outfit.
If you're not on Tohko's route, you can usually find a few maids on Side Streets. From the fast travel spot at Junk Street, head backwards to Side Streets. There's two maids that tend to spawn near that end of Side Streets. Sometimes the maids run away instead of fight. If that happens, just head back to Junk Street and re-enter Side Streets.
After you've got the Light Blue Maid Blouse, Light Blue Maid Skirt, and Maid's Headdress, return to Office Lady at Electric Town Plaza to complete the mission.
