The gate at X:10 Y:02 on Yuisalve Palace 1F is now unlocked and leads to a new staircase which will take you to Yuisalve Palace 2F Sealed Area.
You'll encounter tougher variants of the original Area 6 monsters in the Sealed Area floors.
There's an enemy that inflicts Weak on your party (SP is lost each turn), so make sure to have recovery items or spells to remove this affect.
As always, you should have a party capable of dealing targeted, single unit damage with every element. However, a lot of random encounter enemies in this dungeon are weak to Earth. Bringing a monster girl with the ability to deal damage to all enemies with Earth will be very helpful.
Many of the monster girls you can recruit from Area 5 are capable of dealing Earth damage and several also have a helpful spell that targets all enemies with Paralysis. It's not required to bring one of the Area 5 monster girls, but it is recommended.

Ghost likes to cast Fire Storm, which can do massive damage to your party if you're not prepared for it. Ghost will also inflict Blind on your party but this won't be too much of a problem if you brought someone who can cast Party Recover.
This is a tough fight but if you equip Red Agate Rosary on your party members, it will be a lot more manageable. It's also advised to use spells that inflict Slow, as this will help buy you time to recover before her next attack.

Fenrir Lord is extremely difficult. She's level 99 and will frequently cast Deadly Blind twice in a row, dealing massive damage and inflicting Blind upon your party. She also casts Fire Storm which is capable of dealing significant damage to your party. She can also inflict Skill Seal on your party.
To make things worse, Fenrir Lord will repair all of her clothing and reset Ottan's passion meter the first time four pieces of clothing have been destroyed.
You'll need to level up and bring your most durable party members. Raise your DEF as high as possible to keep from being wiped by two casts of Deadly Blind. Raising MDF will help resist Fire Storm, but DEF is more important, as Deadly Blind is likely going to be what kills you most of the time. Equipping The Ultimate Panties found in one of the treasure chests on this floor will help immensely.
