Character Overview

Mio is a good ranged character with some helpful buffs. Her starting stats are solid but she has low Strength and Magic stat growth. Additionally, after hitting level 21, Mio's HP and Vitality stat growth slows down. This shouldn't be a huge deterrent to playing with her though, as strong gear can offset her weaker stat growth.

Mio's best skills include:

Direct Miss Lily - an effective early game ranged skill.
Adept Positioning - this passive skill makes her ranged attacks do more damage.
Refreshing Mr. Mint - a decent self-healing skill.
Charged Pineapple - another effective ranged skill.
Brilliant Lord Lotus - a very effective ranged skill.

Skill Bloom #1: Mio's Outing

Direct Miss Lily
- Description: An elegant white lily blooms, firing a laser that ignores defense against monsters in a straight line forward.
- Each time this skill gains a level, use count increases by 1.
Adept Positioning
- Description: Some distance from the enemy allows for a calm assessment of the situation, increasing damage caused the further they are away.
- Each time this skill gains a level, the ranged damage increases.
Increased Strength
- Description: Strength base value increased by 1.
- When fully maxed, this skill increases base Strength by 10.

Skill Bloom #2: Mio The Maiden

Refreshing Mr. Mint
- Description: Restores 50% of own HP and provides Strong Throw. Cheer up with the refreshing fragrance of mint!
- Each time this skill gains a level, use count increases by 1.
Botanical Affection
- Description: Looking after flowers with true affection may allow more seeds than normal to be collected.
- Each time this skill gains a level, the seed collection rate increases.
Increased Vitality
- Description: Vitality base value increased by 1.
- When fully maxed, this skill increases base Vitality by 10.

Skill Bloom #3: Miss Archer

Charged Pineapple
- Description: Launches an explosive pineapple that deals fire damage to a target within 10 squares in front of Mio and its surrounding area.
- Each time this skill gains a level, use count increases by 1.
Illusive Elysium
- Description: When afflicted by Hallucinations, the excitement of seeing illusionary flowers boosts natural HP recovery and base stats.
- Each time this skill gains a level, recovery rate increases.
Increased Magic
- Description: Magic base value increased by 1.
- When fully maxed, this skill increases base Magic by 10.

Skill Bloom #4: Flowery Fairy Mio

Brilliant Lord Lotus
- Description: A giant lotus is summoned to fire a brilliant beam of energy that is 3 rows wide, stretching 10 squares ahead, causing heavy fire damage.
- Each time this skill gains a level, use count increases by 1.
Increased HP
- Description: HP base value increased by 5.
- When fully maxed, this skill increases base HP by 50.
Increased Will
- Description: Will base value increased by 1.
- When fully maxed, this skill increases base Will by 10.

Mio's base stats at level 1 with F cup breasts and no Skill Bloom passive abilities learned yet are as follows:

Mio's stat growth favors HP, Vitality, and Will.

When Mio reaches level 21, her stat growth changes and she gains less HP and Vitality per level. Her lower stat growth does make her a bit more dependent on strong gear, but she's still very playable in spite of the weaker stat growth.
