She'll ask you to find a broken music box.
Travel to Junk Street and speak with Lively Store Clerk. She can be found in front of the store near the exit to Battle Arena.
She'll have you speak with Hardcore Parts Clerk, who can also be found on Junk Street near the area you start at when fast traveling.
Hardcore Parts Clerk will give you a broken music box. Return to Electric Town Plaza and give it to Nostalgic Student to complete the mission.

Travel to Main Street SE with Kati and speak to Foreign Collector. From the fast travel spot, he can be found at the far end of the area.
He'll have you speak with Vintage Buyer at Junk Street who can be found outside the store by the exit to Battle Arena.
He'll give you a series of questions to answer.
The answer to these questions is as follows:
After answering the questions, he'll send you to Side Streets to speak with Knowledgeable Picture-Book Clerk. He can be found down the street and around the corner to the left from the fast travel spot.
He'll charge you 1,500 yen for the picture book. After buying it from him, return to Main Street SE and speak with Foreign Collector to complete the mission.

He'll ask you to look for the ultimte 18+ fan comic.
Head to Main Street NE and speak with Understanding Clerk. He can be found outside a store about halfway down the street.
Next, head to Main Street SW and speak with Underground Clerk. He can be found outside a store about halfway down the street.
Next, head to Side Streets and speak with Vintage Clerk. He can be found outside a store around the first corner.
He'll give you the fan comic. Bring it back to Chuuni Eguchi in Electric Town Plaza to complete the mission.

Travel to Junk Street and speak with Eiichi Usuitoge. He can be found outside a store on the far street near the exit to Battle Arena.
He'll request you get his body pillow back from his girlfriend. You won't be given her exact location, but you'll be told to find her on "Main Street".
Travel to Main Street SW and speak with Chigiri Matasaki standing outside a store near the fast travel spot.
You'll have a choice to make when you speak with her:
No matter which option you choose, you'll get the same mission reward.
The mission will be complete after speaking with Eiichi Usuitoge after the fight.

Travel to Akihabara Park and speak with Yomee and Yamee. They're located in the park area.
They'll ask you to get an animation cell for them.
Travel to Junk Street and speak to Appraisal Clerk. He can be found outside the store down the street from the fast travel spot.
He'll find out you're buying the cell on behalf of Yamee and Yomee and choose to fight you. After the fight, the clerk will offer to fight Yamee and Yomee with you to teach them a lesson.
Return to Akihabara Park and speak with Yamee and Yomee. Defeat them to complete the mission.

She'll ask you to show her various people who are chasing their dreams.
Travel to Main Street NW and speak to Ambitious Cosplayer. She can be found by a pillar directly ahead of the fast travel spot.
Next, travel to Side Streets and speak with Aspiring VA New to the City. She can be found outside a store around the corner from the fast travel spot.
Next, travel to Electric Town Plaza and speak with Minori Utsutsu. She can be found directly behind the fast travel spot.
After speaking with her, the mission will be complete.

Travel to Radio Kaikan Area and speak with Kyakuma IN Houou. He can be found down the street to the right of the fast travel spot.
Next travel to Side Streets and speak to YuriC. She can be found around the corner from the fast travel spot.
The conversation will lead to a fight with Kyakuma IN Houou. Defeat him to complete the mission. The mission reward is yen but you'll also get a Gel Leek from the fight.

He'll ask you to speak with people about the best parts for building a PC.
Travel to Junk Street and speak with Clerk With Excellent CPU Tips. He can be found outside the store by the fast travel spot.
Next, speak with Clerk With Memory Tips (also in Junk Street). She can be found further down the street from the fast travel spot.
Next, speak with Clerk With Graphics Card Tips (still in Junk Street). He can be found outside the shop by the exit to Battle Arena.
Return to Electric Town Plaza and speak to Amateur Gamer Shinichi to complete the mission.

Travel to Junk Street and speak with Intol Maniac and ADM Lover. They can be found in the back area by the parking spots. Tell them you'll beat them both up.
Beat them both up to complete the mission. The mission reward is yen but you'll also get two Powered-Up PCs from the fight.

Travel to Electric Town Plaza and speak with Puriko Puri Puri. She can be found right in front of the fast travel spot by the raffle stand.
She will ask you to take her to various idols in Electric Town Plaza.
First, speak with Iyashi Kokorono. She can be found outside AKW Cafe.
Next, speak with Koene Kireina. She can be found in the back corner of Electric Town Plaza (from the fast travel point, head to the far back-left).
Next, speak with Emi Kawai. She can be found by the stairs leading up to UD+.
The other idols show up and you'll fight Puriko Puri Puri with them. Win the fight to complete the mission. The mission reward is yen but you'll also get Energy Glowsticks from the fight.

Travel to Side Streets and speak with Debt Collector. He can be found to the right of the fast travel spot by the back alley.
Debt Collector will request you to look for a girl to work at his shady maid cafe.
Travel to Junk Street and speak with Earnest Office Lady. She can be found directly to the right of the fast travel spot.
Next, speak with Plain Schoolgirl. You can find her by taking the first left from the fast travel point and going to the end of the street.
Next, speak with Officer with a Cold Smile. She's walking around Junk Street. You'll just have to look for her.
After speaking with Officer with a Cold Smile, she'll want to speak with Debt Collector.
Return to Side Streets and speak with Debt Collector, who is now known as Kaishu Kashitakane. This will trigger a fight with him. Defeating him completes the quest. The mission reward is yen but you'll also get Crowbar of Destruction from the fight.

Travel to Electric Town Plaza and speak with Underground Merch Maker. You can find him behind the stairs leading up to UD+.
He'll ask you for help with a sale.
Next, travel to Side Streets and speak with Idol Merch Store Employee. You can find him outside the store straight ahead from the fast travel spot at the end of the street.
Next, travel to Junk Street and speak with Idol Merch Master. You can find him outside the store straight ahead from the fast travel spot at the end of the street.
Idol Merch Master will have a quick talk with Underground Merch Maker and then the mission is complete.

He'll ask you to take him a few places.
First, travel to Main Street NE and speak to Zenya Amo outside Hon Quixote.
Next, travel to Junk Street and speak to Zenya Amo. You can find him standing in the street straight ahead from the fast travel spot.
After the cut scene is finished, the mission is complete.

Travel to Akihabara Park and speak with Paul Otanne. You can find him in the park section dressed like a girl.
Your conversation with him will be interrupted by the police. Navigate the conversation, fight the police, and the mission will be complete after Paul Otanne is arrested.

Travel to Junk Street and speak with Chiyoko and Fusae. You can find them straight ahead from the fast travel spot.
Next, take them to the crowd outside Bellehalle in Main Street NW (straight ahead of the fast travel spot). Speak with Hikaru and Kirie.
Choose who you want to fight (everyone is equipped with Harisen Fords) and after the fight is over, the mission is complete. The mission reward is yen but you'll also get Harisen Fords from the fight.

Travel to Electric Town Plaza and speak with Otaku Club Princess.
She'll ask you to watch over her while she meets with fans. Eventually, you'll have to fight her. After defeating her, the mission is complete.

Travel to Battle Arena and speak with Antoinette.
She'll have you compete in a 100-man battle.
The battle will initially start with you fighting 30 Skillful Youngsters. You'll fight four at once and every time you defeat one, another will come out.
After 30 have been defeated, you'll continue fighting Skillful Youngsters, but now five at a time until 20 more have been defeated.
After the 50 Skillful Youngsters have been defeated, you'll fight 20 Collaborator at Sakuradamon, three at a time.
You'll then fight 10 Beautifully-Dressed Persons, six at a time.
You'll then fight nine people dressed as bears, three at a time.
You'll then fight six Serious Yamee (Allegedly) and one Serious Yomee (Allegedly).
You'll then fight one Serious Touka Kisumi (Allegedly), one Serious Lili Oumi (Allegedly), and one Serious Suzu Touzen (Allegedly).
You'll fight Antoinette (Unleashed) last.
The mission reward is yen but you'll also get The Master's Spirit from the fight with Antoinette.
