In NG+, you still have to do the fight but you don't have to repeat the combat tutorial. The battle is over when either the three accompanying synthisters are completely disrobed or Zenya takes a lot of damage. Zenya's durability is extremely high and he cannot be disrobed in this battle though, so you should focus on disrobing the synthisters.

Side Mission 01: Adorable Little Sister's Request
There is no combat in this mission.
Accept the "Adorable Little Sister's Request" mission from the Side Missions menu.
Talk to Shop Employee outside K-BOOKS located at Side Streets. He'll give you "Cosplay Sewing Recommendations". Return back to Sister's Room and speak with Nana to complete the mission. You can fast travel to Sister's Room from the map menu (it's underneath MOGRA on the map).
After you complete this mission, Nana will offer her services.
"For synthesis" provides the following options:
"To talk" provides a minigame. See the Minigames for details.
"About partnering up" will have Nana join you.
You can also talk to any other girl at any time to partner up with them. However, partnering up with a girl will halt your mission progression because the game won't allow you to bring the wrong girl into mission battles.
Nana gives you a Striped T-Shirt with 20 durability. Just like with weapons, you should keep an eye out for stronger clothing to equip during your first playthrough.
