Zenya can't be disrobed for this fight. Damaging him enough will cause the next cut scene to start.
Using a unison strip will make this fight much easier. However, it should be noted your next fight is also against Zenya. If you use your unison strip in this fight, you may want to go fight in town and fill the unison meter again before the next fight.

Zenya is accompanied by three synthisters. You only have to defeat Zenya to win this fight. However, if you want the weapons and clothing of the synthisters, defeat them before defeating Zenya.
You can use a unison strip to make this fight easier, just make sure you're facing Zenya when executing the move.

This is the end of Chapter 2. When you return to MOGRA, the dialogue choices available are dependent on which route you're on. If you didn't meet the minimum affection for anyone's route, you'll be put on Tohko's route.
From now on, the decisions you make will determine whether you get the normal ending or the true ending for your current route.
If you aren't sure which route you're on, you can tell based on the dialogue at MOGRA. After a brief discussion about what Shizuku and Rin are:
Zenya drops Crimson Death. It's attack power isn't quite as powerful initially as some of the other weapons that dropped up to this point, but the moveset is effective and you may find it a good weapon to enhance and use.
